How do you break up with a guy if he doesn't let you?

So i have a boyfriend whom i love but i'm tired of the relationship and just want to end it but everytime i try he threatens to kill himself . But i didn't believe it . So once i said w.e it's over then bamm he ended up in the hospital the next dayy . %26amp; everytime i try again he keeps threatening to kill himself . what do i do?How do you break up with a guy if he doesn't let you?
Tell a close family member of his whats going on and inform them that you think he needs help! Or if that's not an option a friend, teacher or coworker of his! This relationship has to end and its not healthy for either of you!How do you break up with a guy if he doesn't let you?
Well it shows that he is literally not ready to let go. Have you tried to tell him that maybe instead of leaving each other maybe you two should take a break, it can be good for both of you can if you say you love him then maybe a break is all you need, then if the break works then there is talk about getting back with each other.
When you're alone, do something gross, nasty, dispicable (you know like picking your nose). Maybe, be the girl he hates. Make him grow to dislike you or find another girl that he will go head over heels for.
